With acknowledgement to the MAPS Constitution Review Committee, The MAPS Executive Committee seeks your approval of the following proposed amendments to the MAPS By-Laws.
For your review, below please find the list of proposed amendments. Each amendment lists the current By-Laws language, the proposed new language, and the rationale for the suggested change.
While the attachment says, “ballot,” please note that the voting will not begin until November 2, 2023. This is because our current By-Laws require 30 days advanced notice for any vote to amend the document. The voting will be done electronically during the month of November. Prior to that time, we ask that you please review and consider the proposed amendments.
