Air Travel

Two airports provide travel to the Mystic, CT area:
T.F. Green Airport (PVD) is located near Providence, RI (45 min from Mystic by car).
Bradley International Airport (BDL) is near Hartford, CT (1 hour from Mystic by car).

Train Travel

Mystic, CT is also conveniently located along the Amtrak train lines. There is an Amtrak station in Mystic, 2 minutes from the Seaport and 5 minutes from the area lodging options.

Directions to Mystic Seaport and the Treworgy Planetarium: 

  • From I-95, take exit 90 and head south on Route 27 (Greenmanville Ave).
  • At the SECOND traffic light south of the highway, turn left to enter the North Parking Area. This is a FREE parking lot for Seaport visitors.
  • For GPS purposes, use this address:
    • “105 Greenmanville Ave, Mystic CT 06355”
  • The North Entrance is the easiest way to access the Treworgy Planetarium.
  • All conference activities take place within the Seaport’s northern region

Directions to the Conference Hotel (Hilton Mystic):  

  • From I-95, take exit 90 and head south on Route 27 (Greenmanville Ave).
  • At the FIRST traffic light south of the highway, turn left onto Coogan Blvd.
  • The hotel will be ¼ mile up the road, on your right.
  • For GPS purposes, use this address:
    • “20 Coogan Boulevard, Mystic CT 06355”

Directions from the Conference Hotel to the Seaport:

  • Leaving the hotel parking lot, turn left onto Coogan Boulevard.
  • Coogan Boulevard ends at a traffic light. Turn left onto Greenmanville Ave.
  • At the next traffic light, turn left to enter the North Parking Area.
